We are proud to announce that City Bakery has been rated by local brides and voted The Knot Best of Weddings 2010 Pick. This is some exciting news for us and a feather in the cap of our Pastry Chef, Sarah, and her fantastic crew of bakers! We are very happy to be able to provide our brides and grooms with their cakes and we look forward to continuing to do so.
Did somebody say HOT CROSS BUNS?
They’re back in our stores once again. It’s lent and that means Hot Cross Buns are available every day from now through Easter Sunday. Delicious as always, they’re certainly one of our favorites to bake. Make sure you call ahead a couple of days to order some. You may get lucky to find them in the shops but it’s always best to call ahead! Enjoy!!!
Bread of the Month
This month’s offering is a Green Olive Sourdough Bread. Each month, Jesse unveils a crusty new delight that’s available Fridays and it goes FAST! Please call ahead (at least two days) to find out what the bread of the month is and ask us to hold a loaf or two for you!
